Notes about Equipment

All listed equipment is considered "legal", which means it's registered to the Santa Cruz PD in it's secure records database. Illegal equipment, in general, requires Underworld social mertis to obtain, and are most times more expensive. Some items can also be found via Blackmarket, and the information for those will be in the "Notes" section of their writeup.
